Pull Up A Chair.
Life gets noisy. Between work, relationships, responsibilities, and the expectations we place on ourselves, it can be hard to hear what we actually need. Therapy offers a space to slow down, sort through what's on your mind, and find a clearer path forward.
My goal is simple: to create a place where you can show up as you are, have honest conversations, and leave each session with a better understanding of yourself. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, trauma, or a major life transition, therapy isn't about becoming someone different—it's about reconnecting with the version of yourself that's been there all along.
My Approach
No two people walk into therapy with the exact same story, so I don't believe therapy should follow a one-size-fits-all approach.
Some sessions focus on the challenge that's right in front of you. Others explore the deeper patterns that continue showing up in your life. My role isn't to tell you what to do or have all the answers. It's to help you better understand yourself, build practical tools, and create lasting change that extends beyond our conversations.
My approach is collaborative, conversational, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Depending on your goals, our work together may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, mindfulness, narrative, or other therapeutic approaches. More importantly, therapy will be tailored to you, not the other way around.
Services
Individual therapy gives you a space to slow down, make sense of what's on your mind, and work through life's challenges. Whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, or feeling stuck, we'll have honest conversations, identify what's getting in your way, and build practical strategies to help you move forward.
We all carry experiences that shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps your brain process those experiences so they no longer have the same hold on your life.
Sometimes life changes in an instant. Whether you've experienced an accident, loss, medical event, assault, or another overwhelming experience, R-TEP is designed to help your brain process what happened before it becomes something you continue to carry. Together, we'll help your mind and body begin to recover so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
