Brent Levy

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, have honest conversations, and work through whatever life has put in front of you. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, career stress, or simply feeling stuck, we'll work together to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel heard, understood, and challenged in the right ways.

Counseling is my second career. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in business leading teams, improving large scale processes, and helping people navigate change. Earlier in my career, I also worked in the outdoor industry, spending time in fly shops and as a fly fishing guide. Those experiences taught me the value of patience, curiosity, and meeting people where they are, lessons that continue to shape the way I practice today.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your needs. I draw from evidence-based therapies including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and existential approaches, choosing the tools that best fit your goals rather than forcing every client into the same model.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me outside fly fishing, golfing, mountain biking, hunting, or camping. Spending time outdoors reminds me of the importance of slowing down, staying present, and appreciating the simple things, values I try to bring into every session.

If you're looking for a therapist who's approachable, practical, and willing to meet you where you are, I'd love to connect.
