Men's Therapy in Colorado

You Don't Have to Figure Everything Out Alone.

Life can get heavy. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by work, stuck in the same patterns, struggling in your relationships, or simply not feeling like yourself, therapy offers a place to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence. I provide online therapy for men throughout Colorado who are ready to better understand themselves and build a life that feels more intentional.

Understanding Men's Mental Health

Maybe you've found yourself wondering...

  • Why is it so hard to talk about what I'm actually feeling?

  • Why do I feel like I have to figure everything out on my own?

  • Why am I always thinking about work?

  • Why do I get irritated over small things?

  • Why do I shut down during conflict?

  • Why does it feel like everyone else has life figured out?

  • Why do I always feel like I should be doing more?

  • Why does something still feel off, even though things are going pretty well?

If any of that sounds familiar...

You're not the only one.

Most of the men I work with aren't falling apart. They're responsible, dependable, and doing everything they know how to do. They have careers, relationships, responsibilities, and people who count on them. From the outside, life often looks pretty good.

But internally, it's a different story.

They're exhausted.

They overthink everything.

They're constantly carrying pressure.

They've become so used to pushing through that they don't remember what it feels like to slow down.

Sometimes they aren't even sure what they're feeling anymore.

If that resonates, there's nothing wrong with you.

You're human.

Why many men struggle silently

Most men weren't taught how to talk about emotions.

They were taught to solve problems.

Work harder.

Stay busy.

Handle it yourself.

Those qualities can be strengths. They help you build a career, take care of your family, and push through difficult situations.

The problem is that they don't always help when the challenge is internal.

Stress doesn't disappear because you ignore it.

Neither does anxiety.

Or burnout.

Or loneliness.

Eventually, simply "pushing through" starts costing you your peace of mind, your relationships, or your enjoyment of life.

Therapy isn't about taking away your independence.

It's about giving you another tool.

Building a More Intentional Life

Therapy isn't about fixing you.

I don't believe you're broken.

Most of the people I work with don't need someone to tell them how to live.

They need space to slow down long enough to understand what's actually happening beneath the surface.

Sometimes that means learning practical skills to better manage stress and anxiety.

Sometimes it means recognizing patterns that have been following you for years.

Sometimes it's simply having one place where you don't have to pretend everything is okay.

The goal isn't perfection.

The goal is understanding yourself well enough to build a life that feels meaningful, not just productive.

My approach

If you've never been to therapy before, that's okay.

Many of the men I work with are first-time therapy clients.

You don't need to know exactly what you want to talk about.

You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

We'll figure it out together.

My style is conversational, collaborative, and practical.

Some sessions will focus on the challenge right in front of you.

Other sessions may explore the deeper experiences and beliefs that continue shaping how you see yourself, your relationships, and the world around you.

Depending on your goals, I may incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, mindfulness, or other evidence-based approaches. More importantly, I'll tailor therapy to you rather than trying to fit you into a specific method.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple:

To help you better understand yourself so you can move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is therapy only for men who are struggling?

Not at all. Many of the men I work with are doing well in many areas of life. They come to therapy because they want stronger relationships, less stress, more confidence, or a better understanding of themselves—not because they're in crisis.

I've never been to therapy before. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Many of my clients are trying therapy for the first time. You don't need to know what to say or have everything figured out before you start.

Can therapy help if I don't know exactly what's wrong?

Yes. Sometimes the hardest part is simply knowing that something feels off. Therapy gives you space to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and figure out where you want to go from here.

Do you only work with men?

No. While I specialize in working with men, I also work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, burnout, and major life transitions.

Is online therapy effective?

For many people, yes. Online therapy offers the same opportunity for meaningful conversations and personal growth while giving you the flexibility to attend sessions from wherever you are in Colorado.
